Had no power in garage where freezer was located. Breaker was not tripped. Got call back within 10 minutes and gentleman talked me thru checking some other things. Turned out to be a GFI outlet that was not easily visible. He could have come out and charged me for the trip, but did not do that. I know in the future I will give their name to anyone who asks me to recommend an electrician
Joe and his 2 other workers were terrific. They replaced my hard wired smoke detectors with the combo smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. They replaced a ceiling fan, replaced a kitchen light and also replaced a bad switch. They were prompt, courteous and very neat. I highly recommend Integrity Electric and would not hesitate to use them again.
I would definitely hire these guys again. They were responsive and easy to schedule. Showed up on time. Worked efficiently. And the price was reasonable. Will call them again when I need an electrician.
Joe was extremely professional and helpful. He was actually able to do the job earlier than he thought he would be able to. He was very clear in his explanations about the work and the charges. In spite of exceeding the 30 minute diagnostic time by a few minutes, he did not charge us for an entire hour. He and his apprentice truly went above and beyond when they stopped on the way out to help my babysitter replace her flat tire! I would highly recommend this service and feel that it truly lives up to its name sake.
Joe showed up on time and charged the quoted price for a diagnostic. He were honest and told me that an electrical surge just caused all of my light bulbs to burn out at once, so they didn’t have to do any work, I just needed new light bulbs! I also requested a quote to fix an electrical short circuit issue which he checked out right away.

After seeing water come through my electrical panel during a rain storm, I called Joe. He was great to work with. He was consistently on time, and very responsive, which are two things I look for in anyone who is working on my house. Joe was able to diagnose the problem and provide a long term solution. He provided several options and a fair price. I will use Integrity moving forward for any additional work to my house.

Integrity Electrical was responsive and set something up quickly. Alex, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what he was doing, and if I didn’t understand it he would go over it with me. He fixed my two nonfunctioning outlets for me and charged a reasonable price.
Overall this is by far the best experience I’ve had with an electrician. I would highly recommend them.

After just purchasing an older home, we wanted to have everything checked out and brought up to date to be safe. Joe had just done a great job on my mother’s house, so we gave him a shot, and did not regret it.

I engaged Integrity Electrical Services based on their reputation and I am very glad I did. Unlike many contractors they returned calls and texts promptly. They gave an estimate which they stuck to, even though the job had more challenges then appeared. They arrived on time, covered the work area with drop clothes, and did extensive work in the attic on the hottest day of the year. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Moved to a new house a month ago and discovered the electrical system inside and outside the house needed some major work. The previous owners did a lot of their own work and it was what bears do in the woods. Joe and Alex came out several times to get the work done because there was so much to do, including putting a new circuit panel in the garage.
